Client Solutions Officer

We are looking for a motivated and professional Client Solutions Officer to support client engagement, product training, sales activities, and business analysis for healthcare technology systems.

Role details

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with clients, understanding business needs, explaining software clearly, and helping organizations adopt new technology effectively.

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct product demonstrations and user training sessions
  • Support sales discussions with clinics, laboratories, hospitals, and other healthcare organizations
  • Understand client workflows and document business requirements
  • Assist with business analysis, process mapping, and solution planning
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, reports, and training materials
  • Follow up with prospective and existing clients
  • Support client onboarding and go-live activities
  • Gather client feedback and communicate requirements to the technical team
  • Help ensure clients receive professional, responsive, and effective support

  • Professional, confident, and client-focused attitude
  • Good writing, documentation, and presentation skills
  • Basic computer and software skills
  • Ability to understand workflows and explain processes clearly
  • Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
  • Willingness to learn healthcare technology systems
  • Interest in business, sales, healthcare, technology, or operations

Previous experience in sales, customer service, healthcare administration, business analysis, software training, or client support would be an asset.
